Here is an update to a former Premium theme of mine that is now a free Windowblinds theme for Windows 10 and 11 called Criminal. To those who purchased it in the past I wish to thank you. The desktop wallpaper shown in the screenshot is not included with your download and I cannot seem to find it on the Internet. The theme works great with Start 10/11 tiles mode at all settings. Criminal has been tested on Windows 11 also, however there may be some very minor issues. Many thanks to my friend Jim for his highly appreciated assistance with the testing of all of my designs.
